However, she welcomes consultations with anyone seeking support for digestion, blood sugar management, recovery from cancer treatment, or auto-immune conditions. Or if you simply want to learn more about how to create simplicity in the kitchen and eat yummy food!
A recent arrival in YGK, when she’s not serving her clients, Trish and her partner love walking their retired greyhound through all the parks, farmer’s markets and waterfront paths this beautiful city has to offer!

Sue is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and certified Culinary Nutrition Expert with a passion for making simple, healthy meals and plans that are accessible for all lifestyles, budgets and skill levels. She is the owner of Homemade Healthy, which specializes in holistic nutrition and lifestyle coaching, group programming and workshop services. The inspiration behind Homemade Healthy is Sue’s passion for educating as many people as possible about nutrition and how easy it can be to live a healthy lifestyle without sacrificing all the things you love. She believes that life is all about balance, and as long as you are equipped with the right knowledge of what your body needs, you can make healthy choices that work for you.
According to Sue, Holistic Nutrition is about so much more than weight loss. It's about finding what works for you and creating a lifestyle that is easy to follow, in-line with your beliefs, and not limiting or restricting in any way. She doesn’t believe eating well and being healthy is an "all or nothing" situation. It's about making informed choices about what you eat and do, and enjoying life.
Originally from the east coast of Canada, she now lives in Kingston, Ontario with her husband. When she’s not in the kitchen, she can be found spending time with family and friends, dancing or reading.
